Why we love to hate Comcast

First - a disclaimer - I use comcast - not many other choices. Do I like them? Ehhhh

I use a yahoo and/or gmail account to make sure I get my mail - used a comcast email address but guess what? comcast decided what mail I could get or not get at that address...

So this YouTube video does not surprise me.
