In just a few short months

The Democrats have been in power since early January - only a few short months ... or weeks - since this Thursday it will be only 11 weeks! And they have taken time off....

Look at what has been accomplished in 11 WEEKS or less!

It is amazing what scrutiny and sunshine can do ...

Congress is supposed to engage in oversight but in the last 6 years they did nothing that resembled oversight. Instead - they gave way the store, the wallets and our children to a greedy power driven bunch of cronies in D.C. and around the country and globe.

We have no military readiness, we have no money and we have lost the backing of the rest of the world - well except for those in the shrub's pocket... like poodle guy...

Our education system has gotten worse but it costs more
Our health care system is sick....
Our care for veterans is abysmal
And so on....

Imagine if we had had actual oversight 6 years ago and a press that actually did it's job of asking tough questions...

Would be be in a better place today? Sadly the answer is yes...

Can we learn from this? I hope so....but given the parroting of the right wing sound machine in the papers and on TV...it will take more and more of the corruption making headline for that percentage of the population who still believes in shrubs to face actual reality....
