More Feel Good about the USA

Ok - it's another Obama ad - but if I see an ad from Hillary that is as upbeat - I'll post that as well. At this point in our country's mess - anything upbeat and/or about hope for our future is GOOD!!!

This ad was from super bowl Sunday - run only in local markets - and not in mine [we have our primary in May.]

Loved this!

I watched the NH primary results [as mentioned here http://lynnsrants.blogspot.com/2008/01/idiot-sexist-matthews.html] and found that Obama's speech was powerful. So I asked myself what it would it be like to again have someone in the White House who is articulate and has real dreams for us and the country?

I am not, at this time, backing any of the candidates - but this speech sure made me want Obama to win - can't you just imagine him speaking to the world - it reminded me of what I loved most about the Kennedys....sigh.......

Familiar Words?

Guess who said this and where?

No it wasn't about Iraq..but it might have been - it was the cheerleader-in-chief speaking in Mississippi - DUH

His speech writers have an easy job - just have him memorize a few sentences - and no matter what he's talking about - he can say the same words.-

Just fill in the blank with the place or condition and he's good to go...still in his bubble world of non-reality.
